spa party????????????
for my 14th birthday i want a spa party and my mom said we can either rent a huge hotub which fits 10 (theres 8 of us) or hire a massager person , i don’t know which get, and what else can we do? like facils etc? also where can i buy cheap robes/slippers/towels?
also what food + drinks + desserts?

id go with the hot tub as you can all enjoy it, you can buy cheap facial packets or make your own http://www.essortment.com/articles/facials_100001.htm and stick cucumber on your eyes, also get some nail varnish and do manicures/pedicures, then do each others hair + make up, hang a white sheet up in a background and take loads of photos of you all dressed up
for food id try keep it luxury like a spa, fruit salad, champagne, cakes, strawberries + fruit covered in chocolate etc
try walmart for robes and slippers and towels
if you want party favors you could put in a mini hairbrush, a piece of makeup like lip gloss or small eyeshadow, a hair clip and nail varnish etc
pedal massage, slippers on pedals, pedal pumping
